Not a good first pillow
This pillow has a high profile ( as tall as a regular pillow), making it dangerous for a first pillow. My 22 month old daughter’s face was sinking into the pillow. I had to go and buy another brand’s first pillow to replace this one, which has a much lower profile. This should not be advertised as a first pillow and is much more suitable for older children.

3yr old loves it
Bought the “my first pillow” for my 3yr olds birthday to go with his big boy bed and he loves it. Never slept on a pillow before but he took to sleeping on his pillow straight away. Soft and comfortable.
