The REMstar Auto with Humidifier is an auto-adjusting CPAP therapy system that provides the latest technology in sleep apnoea treatment.  The REMstar Auto incorporates System One which now one of the quietest, most comfortable and user friendly sleep therapy solutions available for treating sleep apnea.

What makes the REMstar Auto algorithm so different? Unlike other algorithms, the REMstar Auto can manage an event in the early stages rather than waiting for it to occur. Because small degrees of flow limitations are usually present before the onset of a complete obstruction or apnea, our algorithm is designed to proactively seek out these early indications and adjust pressure to resolve an event before it occurs.

the REMstar Auto algorithm can determine the optimal therapy level by proactively performing tests.  These tests not only help maintain pressure at a level in which obstruction is unlikely to occur, they also ensure that the pressure never becomes unnecessarily high.

• System One Humidity Control - breakthrough technology that delivers optimum humidity and ultimate comfort by using advanced humidity control technology that delivers consistent humidification levels throughout each night.  
• System One Resistance Control - Optimised pressure delivery, no matter which mask is used.  It works by enabling the device and mask to work optimally together by compensating for the variable resistance characteristics related to different masks - enabling the full benefits of the Flex comfort technologies no matter which mask is used.
• Flex Family - C-Flex, C-Flex+, and A-Flex - natural and clinically-proven technologies that enhance traditional therapy.  The technology is intelligent enough to detect the onset of inspiration and expiration - to deliver the right amount of pressure relief at just the right time - making it easier for patient to adapt to therapy. A-Flex provides flow-based pressure relief at the beginning of exhalation and softens the pressure transition from inhalation to exhalation to provide additional comfort in an auto-CPAP mode.  The pressure profile mirrors the patient’s breathing, and with the auto algorithm intelligence, it will respond to the patient’s therapeutic need throughout the sleep session.
