Too firm
Purchased these as I loved my Dunlopillo Classic but wanted a higher profile while maintaining the same feel. Unfortunately I find these to be much too firm and don't have the same feel at all as the classic. I knew as soon as I opened the packaging that they were going to be too firm, so called to see if I could exchange straight away as they hadn't been used, but was not able to return. An expensive mistake for me.

Fantastic for neck problems
I bought these pillows years ago, and they were great then. I have two bulging neck discs and have lots of neck pain and migraines the classic medium feel pillow was commended by my osteopath and I have never found a better pillow I'm a physiotherapist myself and 156 cm medium framed female. the high profile medium feel pillow is excellent for a larger frame person like 170 cm tall and 110 cm chest male (XL)in Aussie male sizing.

Hooray! - Goodbye sore neck and headaches
I've had a Latex Dunlopillo for over 10 years and it must have been reaching the end of it's life as I was waking with a really sore neck and hence getting severe headaches. I've had my new one for a few weeks now and haven't woken with a sore neck yet. It does look and feel little different to my old one (as suggested by other reviewers) but I have no complaints as it is still giving me the right support by holding my head and neck in the correct position for me. The staff at Sleep Solutions were fantastic too.

No support for larger frame
I bought this pillow with the impression it was for larger people. It is a thin pillow which is very firm, not comfortable at all. Gave it to my wife who is average size, she said it was too firm.I was expecting a thicker latex pillow which I've had previous to this one which I had for 10 years.This one is not even close to the dimensions of the older one.The description is deceiving as I recommend it for a smaller body frame. Very disappointed considering cost.

Compared to previous dunlopillo pillows owned the quality of these has dropped. Whilst the latex inner seems ok the cover fabric, stitching and finishing is substandard. These are no better than cheaper latex pillows.

No neck support
I guess I thought this pillow would have some neck support for me in it, but it doesn't, unfortunately meaning that when I lie on my side my lower head/jaw area falls while the middle of the pillow holds my forehead/top of my head up higher. This lead to a lot of pain which is the reason I have been buying many different pillows in the first place. I found I was bunching my fist underneath my neck to hold it up some. I am sure this pillow works for some people but unfortunately it doesn't work for me so it has been relegated to the spare bed :(
