Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.
I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
Quick delivery and great communication. Sound machine works perfectly for my daughters room
Bought online, after 9 days of having no notice about shipping I emailed them and only then they sent the package. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been delivered.
Easy to order quick delivery and very happy with product.
Item deliverd fast
Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
MiniJumbuk is a true icon of Australian manufacturing, widely regarded as the global leader in premium wool bedding. Based in the rural town of Naracoorte, South Australia, the brand was founded in 1975 by local sheep shearer Don Wray, who began experimenting with wool varieties to create a quilt that was light yet warm. Today, MiniJumbuk remains proudly Australian-owned and operated, handcrafting its range of quilts, pillows, and mattress toppers in the same regional facility.
The brand is celebrated for transforming wool from a "heavy, old-fashioned" material into a high-performance, machine-washable luxury fiber. They are best known for their commitment to "Farm to Sleep" traceability, sourcing the majority of their wool from the local Limestone Coast region, where the cool climate and lush pastures produce fleece of exceptional loft and resilience.
MiniJumbuk’s mission is to "handcraft the world’s best wool bedding products." They operate on the vision that natural fibers are superior for sleep health, promoting breathability and temperature regulation that synthetics cannot match. Innovation is the heartbeat of the brand, most notably through their exclusive Airlight Technology™.
Unlike traditional wool quilts that can feel heavy and dense, Airlight Technology involves layering multiple fine webs of wool on top of each other. This traps more air between the fibers, providing superior insulation while drastically reducing the physical weight of the quilt. Furthermore, MiniJumbuk innovated hygiene with their Ultra-Fresh treatment, a process that inhibits the growth of dust mites and bacteria, solving the issue of allergens often associated with natural bedding.
Sleep Solutions is NDIS Registered and Approved
Airlight Technology™ is MiniJumbuk's proprietary manufacturing process. Instead of using a single thick bat of wool, they comb the wool into ultra-fine webs and stack them in multiple thin layers. This structure traps more air pockets (insulation) per gram of wool, resulting in a quilt that offers maximum warmth with minimum weight and superior drape around the body.
Yes. A major breakthrough for the brand was the development of machine-washable wool bedding. Most MiniJumbuk quilts and mattress toppers can be washed in a domestic machine on a gentle wool cycle at 40°C, using a wool-friendly detergent. However, the brand emphasizes that wool is self-cleaning and naturally repels dirt, so regular airing outside in the sunshine is often all that is needed to keep it fresh.
The difference lies in the GSM (Grams per Square Meter) of the wool filling, which dictates warmth.
MiniJumbuk sources its wool from the Limestone Coast of South Australia. The region's unique climate (long, cool wet seasons) and mineral-rich pastures ensure the sheep grow fleece that is cleaner, brighter, and has a more defined "crimp" (springiness). This natural resilience makes the wool loftier and more durable than wool from drier regions.
Yes. MiniJumbuk products carry the Sensitive Choice blue butterfly approval from the National Asthma Council Australia. The combination of the natural hypoallergenic properties of wool and the Ultra-Fresh anti-dust mite treatment makes them a safe choice for those with asthma and allergies.
