How to Order - if you are an NDIS Participant

1) Self Managed

If you are Self Managed – simply place your order online using your preferred payment method (all are available except NDIS).
When you complete your order you will be sent a Tax Invoice which you can then use to seek reimbursement from NDIS.

2) NDIA Managed / NDIA Agency Managed

If you are NDIA Managed or sometimes referred to NDIA Agency Managed – simply place your order online. When you Checkout select the NDIS payment method.

  • Select the Agency Managed option
  • Enter the required information
  • Complete your order using the Place Order Now button

We will then charge your NDIS Plan by using your Core budget under either “Consumables” or “Assistive Technologies” Support Budget.
Once we have charged your plan – we will ship your order (typically withing 1-2 business days of you placing your order)

Agency Managed Agency Managed

3) Plan Managed

If you are Plan Managed – simply place your order online. When you Checkout select the NDIS payment method

  • Select the Plan Managed option
  • Enter the required information
  • Complete your order using the Place Order Now button

We will then email your Plan Manager with a Tax Invoice which they need to pay charging the NDIS Plan provided.
Once we receive payment from your Plan Manager we will ship your order.
