How to order

Ordering is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Shop for items

    Select the items that you need that fall within the scope of your plan.

  2. Add them to your cart

    Check the items are within your budget.

  3. Checkout & pay with NDIS

How to checkout with NDIS

Choose the option that matches how your NDIS plan is managed.

Plan Managed

If you are Plan Managed, simply place your order online. When you check out, select the NDIS payment method.

  1. Select the Plan Managed option
  2. Enter the required information
  3. Complete your order using the Place Order button

We will then email your Plan Manager a Tax Invoice, which they pay by charging the NDIS plan provided. Once we receive payment from your Plan Manager, we will ship your order.

NDIA Managed / NDIA Agency Managed

If you are NDIA Managed (sometimes referred to as NDIA Agency Managed), simply place your order online. When you check out, select the NDIS payment method.

  1. Select the Agency Managed option
  2. Enter the required information
  3. Complete your order using the Place Order button

Ensure you have the appropriate funding in your NDIS plan under Consumables or Assistive Technology before making your purchase. We will charge your NDIS plan using your Core budget under either "Consumables" or "Assistive Technologies" Support Budget.

Once we have charged your plan, we will ship your order (typically within 1–2 business days of you placing your order).

Self Managed

If you are Self Managed, simply place your order online using your preferred payment method (all are available except NDIS). When you complete your order, you will be sent a Tax Invoice which you can use to seek reimbursement from the NDIS.

Note: You can use Express Checkout (PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay), or select a different payment method on the second step of the checkout process.

Getting a quote online is fast and easy.

  1. Add the items to the shopping cart
  2. Select Checkout With NDIS
  3. Select the Quote Only option for the Payment Method
  4. We will email you a formal PDF quote
