Any way to calibrate temperature?
No, there is no way to calibrate this unit. If it is far enough off compared to a proven thermometer or hygrometer that it requires calibration to fall within the manufacturer’s stated percentage of accuracy then it is defective.
Is it display also Date and time?
No it does not.
Can i reset the comfort range? 79 degrees f is much too high to be comfortable imo?
The comfort indicator will only apply to HUMIDITY not temperature. 30-80% is typically seen as a comfortable range for humidity. Temperature comfort will vary between individuals, humidity typically does not.
Will this malfunction in high humidity? i want to use this in a brazilian rainbow boa terrarium and condensation is typical?
The location I am monitoring typically runs about 75 – 85%. The other day, I discovered a water leak when I put the monitor in a new location. A couple of hours later, it was in a puddle with water drops all over it. Today it seems to be working just as it always has. So, I would say it seems to work well in high humidity.

No battery included as stated on box
No AAA BATTERY included as stated on packaging of the product. I assumed it had a battery and had to go to a lot of hassle to track down one single battery when iam disabled!! $40 for stress I didn't need! Not impressed!

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
