Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.
I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
Quick delivery and great communication. Sound machine works perfectly for my daughters room
Bought online, after 9 days of having no notice about shipping I emailed them and only then they sent the package. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been delivered.
Easy to order quick delivery and very happy with product.
Item deliverd fast
Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
Age-appropriate sizing, safe fill types, and trusted Australian brands - everything you need to choose your child’s first pillow.
A toddler pillow is a smaller, lower-profile pillow designed specifically for children aged approximately 2-4 years. Adult pillows are too high and too large for toddlers - the excess height can push a small child’s head forward, misaligning the neck and spine. Toddler pillows solve this with a lower profile, softer fill, and dimensions suited to smaller frames.
Children’s pillows are not one-size-fits-all. As a child grows, the pillow needs to grow with them. The range follows two stages:
The first pillow - typically coincides with moving from a cot to a bed. Low profile, soft fill, and sized for small heads and narrow shoulders.
A step up in height (10-12 cm) as the child’s frame grows. Bridges the gap before an adult pillow. Browse kids pillows
Customer reviews consistently highlight pillow height as the biggest concern for parents - a pillow that is too high pushes a toddler’s head forward uncomfortably. When in doubt, err on the lower side. A slightly flat pillow is far better than one that is too high for a small child.
Four fill types are available in the toddler pillow range. Tap a fill type below to jump to its details, or scroll through all four.
Derived from eucalyptus. Naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic - does not support dust mite growth. Absorbs 50% more moisture than cotton, keeping the sleeping surface dry. Soft and skin-friendly.
Plant-based botanic fibre. Naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic. Machine washable. Some Ingeo toddler pillows include a foam core for added support.
Antimicrobial treatments (Bioguard™, Ultrafibre®) actively inhibit dust mites, mould, and bacteria. Fully machine washable - the easiest fill to keep clean. Most affordable option.
Contouring support that moulds to the child’s head shape. Paired with a Tencel pillowcase for breathability. Not machine washable - air only. Best for children who have settled into a consistent sleeping position.
Five key features to check when choosing a toddler pillow.
Gently cradles the head without lifting it significantly. Aim for 7-10 cm.
Needs frequent washing due to spills, drool, and general wear.
Look for the Sensitive Choice Blue Butterfly seal or naturally antibacterial fills.
Toddlers overheat easily. Natural fibres and cotton covers wick moisture.
Allows the head to sink slightly into the pillow - more comfortable and secure.
We stock only trusted brands known for reliability, safety, and compliance with children’s bedding standards in Australia.

First Pillows - Toddler pillows tend to be slightly larger and higher profile (typically 7 - 10 cm high). As you child gets older they then transition to a First Pillow which are typically suited for 2 - 5 year olds. Purchase of a First Pillow generally coincides when a your child transitions to a bed from a cot (but again this will be dependent on your child's development and size) |

Junior Pillows - as your child grows they then transition to a junior pillow (which are higher again) |
An ideal blend of comfort and safety for your little one
Sufficient, quality sleep is vital for the growth and development of your baby or toddler. Depending on age, your little one may need 10 to 13 hours of restful sleep a day, and most adult pillows don't provide the right levels of comfort and support for babies and toddlers.
The best solution for your little one is a high quality pillow, tailored to their unique needs. At Sleep Solutions, we carry a full range of pillows designed specifically for babies and toddlers. Our baby and toddler pillows are ultra-soft, low profile, and made to provide optimal support and comfort for smaller frames.
We carry the top Australian brands in baby and toddler pillows, including Bambi, and Tontine. These high quality pillows offer supreme softness and a low profile to provide proper support levels and encourage restful sleep.
Choose from our great selection of toddler pillows.
Warning: Do not use pillows with infants (babies under 12 months of age).
Sleep Solutions is NDIS Registered and Approved
Most sleep experts recommend introducing a pillow from age 2. Our toddler pillows are specifically designed for ages 2–4, with the right size and firmness to support developing necks without being too thick.
Look for a pillow that is low-profile (not too thick), hypoallergenic, and machine washable. Our toddler pillows from Bambi and Tontine are endorsed by the National Asthma Council of Australia – safe for allergy and asthma sufferers.
No. Adult pillows are too high, too large, and too firm for toddlers. The excess height pushes a small child's head forward, misaligning the neck and spine. Adult pillows also retain more heat and are harder for a young child to move or push away. A purpose-designed toddler pillow with a low profile (7-10 cm) is significantly safer and more comfortable.
Wash toddler pillows every 1–2 months or more frequently if there are spills or accidents. Most toddler pillows in this range are machine washable - check the care label for cycle and temperature. Using a pillow protector underneath the pillowcase reduces how often the pillow itself needs washing and adds an allergy barrier.
When the child's head and shoulders have clearly outgrown the toddler pillow - typically between ages 4 and 5. Signs it's time to move up include: the child's head hangs over the edge of the pillow, the pillow appears undersized relative to the bed, or the child consistently pushes the toddler pillow aside. The next step is a junior or kids pillow with a slightly higher profile.
