TENCEL® naturally absorbs moisture and quickly releases it again. This property guarantees a pleasantly dry sleeping climate. In contrast, polyester does not absorb moisture at all. In the case of polyester, moisture remains on the fiber as a surface film. Moisture cannot be transported into the fiber of polyester as opposed to TENCEL®.

I bought this same set around a month ago and was so impressed I decided to purchase again for our guest bed.
Key points are the mattress protector covers the side walls, not just the top of the mattress; the fabric is beautifully soft and smooth, and there's no movement between the sheet and protection when turning over or sitting up in bed - same with the pillow protectors. (Posted on )

Excellent quality product and quick delivery
Purchased the Bambi Protectiva Tencel with Side Wall Protection for the following reasons: 1) It does not have plastic backing so you don't slide around and it also causes you to get hot. 2) It is made from Tencel a natural fabric. 3) Easy care - it can be washed easily 4) The sidewall protection means the mattress sides are protected from drinks spilt. 5) Sick of buying cheap protectors from KMart or the like and then throwing them out after a couple of washes as they start to deteriorate. 6) Research showed Sleep Solutions and the Bambi products had great reviews.
I couldn't be happier with the product. Silky smooth to touch. No sliding around. I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a quality waterproof mattress protector with the added benefit of protecting the sides of your mattress. Queen size, electric blanket- Dreamaker 100% Cotton Quilted Electric Blanket Recently purchased- speedy delivery This is a very comfortable electric blanket- deep stretchy skirting and a generously plumped cotton quilt cover. The electrical connection is placed at the top of the blanket, and is therefore on top of the pillow area - no more bumps on the side. Blanket controls are well designed and easy to use. Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
