I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.

What does TOG rating mean?
TOG stands for "Thermal Overall Grade," a unit of measurement used to calculate the thermal insulation of a product (how warm it is). ergoPouch uses this system to help parents choose the right bag for their room temperature.
- 0.2 & 0.3 TOG: for warm summer nights (24°C+).
- 1.0 TOG: for mild temperatures (21-24°C).
- 2.5 TOG: for cool nights (17-23°C).
- 3.5 TOG: for cold winter nights (14-21°C).
Why does ergoPouch use natural fibers?
Babies cannot regulate their body temperature as well as adults. Synthetic fibers (like polyester fleece) can trap heat and cause overheating. ergoPouch uses organic cotton, bamboo, and wool because these natural fibers are breathable, allowing moisture to evaporate and keeping the baby's temperature consistent and safe.
What is the difference between the Cocoon Swaddle and the Jersey Bag?
The Cocoon Swaddle Bag is for newborns (0-12 months) who need the security of being swaddled (arms in) to suppress the startle reflex. The Jersey Sleeping Bag is for older babies (8 months+) who have already rolled over and need to sleep with their arms out; it is a slim-fit sleeping bag that feels like a comfortable blanket they cannot kick off.
Are ergoPouch products safe for hips?
Yes. ergoPouch products are officially recognized as "Hip Healthy" by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. The bags are designed with a wide, bell-shaped bottom that allows the baby's legs to flop outwards in a natural "frog leg" position, which is crucial for correct hip joint development.
Can I put a blanket over an ergoPouch?
Generally, the purpose of a TOG-rated sleeping bag is to replace blankets, which can pose a suffocation risk (SIDS). If you choose the correct TOG for the room temperature, you should not need additional blankets. However, for very cold nights, ergoPouch suggests layering clothes underneath the bag (like a bodysuit or pyjamas) rather than adding blankets over the top.
