Great product with lots of room to grow. My 3 y.o was waking at 5am because he was cold and never stay under the doona. Now we get to sleep in and he love his 'special sleep suit'. Great service and delivery too :-)

Best sleeping bag I've purchased
This is an awesome sleeping bag, the quality is fabulous and exceeded my expectations. It's so soft and I love that it's all cotton which means my little one isn't sweaty wearing a polyester filled sleep bag. The zip is really simple to convert from bag to sleep suit with legs. My daughter is 13 months old and it's great knowing we've got another 2+ years wear out of the bag. I'm based in north west VICTORIA the nights get very cold and this sleeping bag has stopped me from worrying if my daughter is warm enough. Highly recommended this product so glad I found it. Also the shipping time with this company was super fast and I was always notified with emails where my order was.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
