Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.

Does Evapolar cool the whole room?
No. This is the most important distinction. Evapolar is a personal air cooler, designed to cool the immediate area around the user (the "microclimate"), typically within a range of 1 to 2 meters. It is not designed to lower the temperature of an entire bedroom or living room like a wall-mounted AC unit.
Does it require an exhaust hose?
No. Unlike portable compressor air conditioners which require a window vent to expel hot air, Evapolar uses evaporative cooling technology. It simply takes in warm dry air, passes it through the wet EvaBreeze cartridge, and blows out cool, moist air. It is plug-and-play and requires no installation.
What is the difference between the models?
- evaCHILL: The most portable and compact model, featuring a handle for easy carrying. Ideal for travel or camping.
- evaLIGHT Plus: Features a full-spectrum LED light wheel for mood lighting and a control dial.

How often do I need to replace the cartridge?
To maintain cooling efficiency and hygiene, Evapolar recommends replacing the EvaBreeze® cartridge every 3 to 6 months, depending on usage and water quality. Over time, the basalt fibers can become clogged with dust and minerals from the water, which reduces airflow.
Can I use it as a humidifier?
Yes. Because the cooling process involves evaporation, the device naturally adds moisture to the air. This makes it an excellent solution for dry climates or air-conditioned offices where dry air can cause skin irritation, dry eyes, and respiratory issues.
