When I have rang and enquired about any product information I have always received prompt up to date details about items I have wanted to purchase. The staff at Sleep Solutions are professional, polite and nothing is too much trouble for them when ordering and the ongoing communciation with 'products in transit' is second to none. Highly recommend this company. Christine
On time and a great product
Good quality, great price, sleep phones are comfortable and work very well. Highly reccomend this product and company
Helpful staff, quick delivery and products to help support people with tinnitus / decreased sound tolerance.
Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.
I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
Quick delivery and great communication. Sound machine works perfectly for my daughters room
Bought online, after 9 days of having no notice about shipping I emailed them and only then they sent the package. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been delivered.
NightWave is a pioneer in the field of natural, non-invasive sleep aids, best known for creating the NightWave Sleep Assistant. Before the market was flooded with meditation apps and smart wearables, NightWave introduced a simple, effective physical device designed to silence the "monkey mind" through visual cues. The device is a small, portable projector that casts a soft, pulsing blue light onto the ceiling or wall of a darkened bedroom. This light acts as a visual pacemaker: users synchronize their breathing with the light, inhaling as it brightens and exhaling as it dims.
Over a cycle of 7 or 25 minutes, the light gradually slows down, guiding the user's breathing from a wakeful state to a deep, rhythmic pattern that physically triggers the body's relaxation response. NightWave is celebrated for offering a silent, drug-free solution for people who find headphones uncomfortable or white noise distracting.
NightWave’s mission is to provide a "natural bridge to sleep." They operate on the vision that the body has the innate ability to fall asleep if the nervous system can be calmed effectively. Their core innovation is the application of Coherence Breathing (or resonant frequency breathing) through visual technology.
By externalizing the focus—giving the eyes something repetitive and soothing to watch—NightWave helps stop the cycle of ruminating thoughts (worrying about the day) that keeps many people awake. This method activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering heart rate and muscle tension without the user needing to learn complex meditation techniques or take melatonin supplements.
Sleep Solutions is NDIS Registered and Approved
The NightWave works by guiding your breathing. When you lie in bed, you watch the soft blue light on the ceiling. You inhale when the light brightens and exhale when it dims. The device creates a "pre-sleep routine" by starting at a normal breathing rate and gradually slowing down over several minutes. This slow, rhythmic breathing signals to your brain that you are safe and relaxed, naturally inducing drowsiness.
This is a common question. While bright "daylight" blue light from screens (phones/TVs) can suppress melatonin, NightWave uses a specific, soft luminance of blue that is designed to be soothing rather than stimulating. However, recognizing that some users are sensitive to blue light, some newer iterations or app versions of the concept allow for color changes. The original device relies on the rhythm of the light being more powerful than the color spectrum in inducing sleep.
No. The NightWave Sleep Assistant is completely silent. This is a major selling point for people who share a bed with a partner who might be disturbed by white noise machines, guided meditations, or music. It allows you to receive sleep therapy without wearing headphones or disturbing the room's quiet environment.
The standard NightWave device typically features varying cycle lengths:
Yes. The classic NightWave Sleep Assistant is powered by a 9-volt battery. This makes it highly portable and perfect for travel, camping, or hotel stays where finding a convenient power outlet near the bed might be difficult.
