What an Amazing Tool!

As a police officer, my days and nights were always confused. Add to that, the stressors of the job...reliving call after call and trying to kick the, “What could have I done better?” out of my mind while I was trying to fall asleep. This product worked quickly and the more I used it, the easier I found it to fall asleep quickly. I am very grateful for the team/person who invented this product! As a side note, my daughter who was about six also had trouble falling asleep and after using the NightWave, her difficulties virtually disappeared. (Posted on 19/07/2020 )

Happy sleeper

I can’t begin to tell you how happy I am with my night wave,I go to sleep without a worry way before the night wave completes its 7 mins, I have told my doctor how good it is she is going to recommend it to her patients. For many years I have had big problems getting to sleep not anymore since nightwave, It’s only just come to Australia my brother in the uk uses one and recommend it to me. unbelievable

I have always had difficulty getting to sleep due to being unable to unwind and stop thinking about things that worry me. I have been using the light for 2 weeks and am asleep before the 7 minutes are up. I am unable to worry whilst looking at the blue light. Don't blink or you'll miss it....miss what....miss that moment when you just fall asleep. The Night Wave Sleep Assistant is perfect for those of us who find it difficult to nod off. Semi effective

I found I could get to sleep better with my eyes closed. The machine is good at getting me to focus on deep breathing but I can't go to sleep with my eyes open watching the light. I found the sound machine more effective.

help at last

This is great when I am reasonable relaxed I use mode 2 but when the mind woan't let up like a broken record I use mode 4 as it takes 25mins it's amazing how the colour and breathing allows you to be in a peaceful state then off to sleep.
