Pull HeadCatch Strap from Pocket
Remove the tags from the HeadCatch Strap in the pocket and unfold.
Step 2
Connect Strap to "Landing Pad"
Pull the HeadCatch Strap over the top of the pillow, under the chin, and connect the strap to the opposite side's "Landing Pad."
Step 3
Rest and Relax
Remove the tags from the HeadCatch Strap in the pocket and unfold.

Helped a Lot
Usually I am not good at sleeping on planes but this pillow helped to keep my head upright and my mouth closed, allowing me to get some rest on long flights from Sydney to New York. The strap under the chin was not uncomfortable and the height of the pillow provided excellent support for my head and neck. The only down side is that it is a bit awkward to attach and remove from the seat headrest and it isn't very comfortable to keep on the seat headrest if you are not sleeping. Overall I found it quite helpful. I arrived at both ends of my journey feeling less tired than usual. If you struggle to sleep on planes this may help. It did for me.

Not as good as I hoped based on the reviews
This pillow is too firm and bulky for me. Definitely not one size fits all, you need a decent neck height. The pillow didn't provide the comfort or support I need to fall asleep on my long-haul flight. Gets a bonus star for its compactness when folded into its travel bag.
