Great service
Don't normally write reviews, but had read that this company had in one review not communicated throughout the order process, this was not my experience, I had updates at every step of the way, it was despatched the next business day and delivered within a few days. Husband sleeping soundly
I heard about this product from a 3AW radio comment whilst driving one day, so I googled it and up it came. Well I can say without any hesitation that this product has helped my husband maintain a more even temperature at night, in fact he doesn't even wake up any more from overheating. Previously he would toss and turn because he was perspiring so much he was uncomfortable and was throwing off the doona to cool down. Now he sleeps soundly all night, and so do I.

Really Great
I bought this for my son as a xmas prezzie as he sweats really bad and this has given him a much better nights sleep except he agrees that by morning it is a little warm but asked would he do with out it the answer was a very loud no way thanks mum.

The Chiligel pads are quick to absorb heat but slow to release it. Unfortunately this means that it feels cold when you get into bed but becomes hot a few hours later which is when I need it most, so it was not a solution for me.
