Replacement filters out of stock
Would have given 4 stars for filter as had no issues with the air filter itself. However, it is now useless as we cannot buy replacement filters.

CP20 Climate AP20
Expensive filters! No way have I used it for 2000hrs only use at night for less than 8months and light is flashing to let me know to replace filter which seems to have been out of stock for months. Would not purchase again!

High maintenance and expensive Filters
I have bought the small round one which is now sitting in the cupboard as well as this one. They work well but they are time and money pits.

Cost is too high
These filters work well but the cost is too high, and there is nowhere to buy them in bulk. I would avoid buying this brand as a consequence in the future.

I have ordered my pillow on 5/09 , they didn’t send me any notification until I sent them email after 6 days , they said we will send it soon . Very unorganised.
