I had slipped disk 2.5 years ago and
Was told to put a pillow between my legs to sleep on my side. A regular pillow throws out my knees and my hips. 2 years ago I got one of these bone shape pillows it does the trick. After 2 years it turns out that is the life span of memory foam, so this time I got 2, one for bed and one for the lounge only the first night I had one between my legs one under my arm (lying on my side), best sleep in a long time.
