Can I compress the Go Neck Pillow for long periods?
Yes, you can compress the Go Neck Pillow and put it inside the bag, but don't force it too much – meaning don't compress the bag to the limit. Also, it is important for the core foam to be open around 24 hours prior to the flight so it can expand and reach their full size and shape. Please, remember a little "massage" will help as well. We recommend using a flat surface to press down in those areas to help the core to expand faster.
Why one side of the Go Pillow is higher?
We designed Go Neck Pillow to be a supportive and adaptable pillow. Offering two different heights we allow the user to use one side to push their head against, providing extra support, while keeping a 360º support.
It is important to adjust the frontal velcro closure in the right position to keep your neck in the right position.

Go Neck Pillow
I loved the travel pillow. On a long flight, you need the extra support. 13 hour flight and it keeps the neck warm as well as supported. It comes with a nice travel bag as well.
I also like the idea of the velco protector. This gets removed when in use, and easily attached again after. Getting the pillow back in the travel bag takes a little effort though. (Posted on )

A lot better then the normal travel pillow
This pillow was great and did support my neck however I found it a bit big and had to stretch it over the Velcro to make it tighter for more support. Still much better then nothing or the normal travel pillow. Also a bit more support for the back of the neck would have been good. But all in all I'll use it again for sure.

Too high needs to be made in two sizes
The quality is good, but I found it comes up to high for the length of my neck. It doesn't fit on me like the advertised photo. They say on their returns policy they don't take back pillows so I am supposing I won't be able to return it. Very expensive mistake purchasing this.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
