Simply slip the soft pillow over your head and place the central opening over your mouth to facilitate breathing. The top two openings are designed to create further comfort whilst enabling you to rest your hands/arms through these, this is a particularly comfortable position whilst resting on a flat surface such as a desk.

In 2012 Studio Banana Things and design studio Kawamura-Ganjavian discovered that before Thomas Edison's invention of the light bulb, folks slept an average of 10 hours a day, dwindling down today to an average of 7 hours in Europe, 6 hours in the United States, and a mere 5 hours in Japan. With the importance of sleep in mind, the original OSTRICHPILLOW® was created to prompt a global napping revolution.
