1. Adjust the Velcro strap on the top of your head.
2. Put the strap on your head and adjust it to make sure your mouth is closed.

3. Let the side straps go around your side of the face.

Nifty little device that has helped me get off to sleep & block out other house & street noise. I love the thunderstorms sound. Quite compact & lightweight so I hope to take it travelling. Lots of different sound options which is great. Has rain sounds which I love but it they're more like a trickle sound rather than rain per se. Just an observation!
