This remarkable product is designed for all year-round comfort, as it features two different surfaces: on one side a silky soft TENCEL-blend fabric perfect for the cooler months and on the other, Bambi's revolutionary CoolTouch Active fabric which gives cooling relief in the warmer months.
It has an upper layer of low heat conducting natural MICA mineral fibres. Unlike many cooling products on the market, this product is not gel infused, rather the natural MICA mineral fibres are woven into the fabric, meaning the fabric stays cool to the touch, regardless of how many times it is used, or laundered.
As you'd expect, the Flip Pillow Protector protects your pillow against stains, spills, dust mites and other nasties. The technology behind the product is impressive: when the encapsulated PCM microcapsules woven into the fibre are heated to melting point, they absorb heat energy as they change from a solid state to a liquid state, which in turn produces a very noticeable cooling effect to take place.

Woudn't be without it!
I've owned these protectors for a number of years & I use them all the time, even during winter. I preferred the earlier version as the CoolTouch Active fabric quilted cells weren't so large but I've become used to it. The CoolTouch Active fabric is cool to lie on. The only problem I've foudn is I still need to rotate the pillow around on hot nights so I get the cool feeling.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
