The Cooltouch Active Mattress Protector has a waterproof membrane that is breathable and helps to protect your mattress.
With a deep fitted skirt the Cooltouch Active Mattress Protector will always be an excellent fit. The Cooltouch Active Mattress Protector is machine washable on a gentle cycle and can be tumble dried on a low setting.
- It has a 40cm fitted skirt, which will stretch to approximately 55cm.

Unlike many cooling products on the market, this product is not gel infused, rather the PCM (phase change material) is woven into the fabric, meaning the fabric stays cool to the touch, regardless of how many times it is used, or laundered.
The technology behind the product is impressive: when the encapsulated PCM microcapsules woven into the fibre are heated to melting point, they absorb heat energy as they change from a solid state to a liquid state, which in turn produces a very noticeable cooling effect to take place.
Also comes in a convenient Long Single size suitable for modern Split King Beds.

Fitted sheet does not stay on over this mattress protector
The mattress protector is so shiny and slippery on top that the fitted sheet won't stay on it. I wake up every morning having to put the fitted sheet back on. Disappointed that the company selling these hasn't tried and tested this product and sorted out this issue. I would not recommend buying this product.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
