Asthma can be a debilitating condition, but taking preventive steps in your home environment can drastically reduce triggers. Asthma triggers are various irritants that can provoke symptoms like wheezing, coughing, and shortness of breath. Common household triggers include dust mites, pet dander, mould, and tobacco smoke. By minimising exposure to these irritants, you can create a healthier living space.
To reduce asthma triggers, consider the following strategies:
These strategies can significantly improve the quality of your indoor environment, which is crucial for asthma management. In addition to these home-based actions, remember that a comprehensive asthma management plan should be discussed with your healthcare provider. The plan often includes proper medication and lifestyle adjustments specific to your condition.
By taking these measures, you're not just reducing potential triggers for asthma symptoms; you're contributing to a healthier, more comfortable living environment for everyone in your household. It's a win-win situation: a healthier home and a better quality of life for those living with asthma.

Easy to order quick delivery and very happy with product.
Item deliverd fast
Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
They were very helpful when placing an NDIS order and fast.
