How do I adjust my Flexi Pillow?

Most Flexi Pillows (such as the Harmony and Relief models) feature a removable foam base layer, usually about 2cm thick. To adjust the height, simply unzip the bamboo or Tencel cover and remove this base layer. This lowers the profile of the pillow. Because the pillows are also contoured (one side higher than the other), you can further adjust the fit by rotating the pillow to sleep on the lower or higher neck roll.

What is the difference between the "Harmony" and "Relief" pillows?

These are the brand's two bestsellers. The Harmony is a medium-to-firm pillow made from high-density memory foam; it is ideal for those who prefer robust support and a slow-rebound feel. The Relief is slightly softer (soft-to-medium) and features "pinhole" ventilation throughout the foam, which makes it feel more plush and breathable while still providing excellent contour support.

Can I wash the foam inside the pillow?

No. Like most memory foam and latex products, the internal foam core of a Flexi Pillow should never be machine washed or soaked in water, as this will damage the cellular structure. If the foam gets dirty, spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry in the shade. However, the removable Bamboo or Tencel outer covers are fully machine washable.
