When I have rang and enquired about any product information I have always received prompt up to date details about items I have wanted to purchase. The staff at Sleep Solutions are professional, polite and nothing is too much trouble for them when ordering and the ongoing communciation with 'products in transit' is second to none. Highly recommend this company. Christine
On time and a great product
Good quality, great price, sleep phones are comfortable and work very well. Highly reccomend this product and company
Helpful staff, quick delivery and products to help support people with tinnitus / decreased sound tolerance.
Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.
I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
Quick delivery and great communication. Sound machine works perfectly for my daughters room
Bought online, after 9 days of having no notice about shipping I emailed them and only then they sent the package. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been delivered.
Logan and Mason is a vibrant Australian brand that has become a household name for those who love to inject personality and color into their bedroom. Part of the Legend Linen group, the brand was established in Sydney in 1991 and is celebrated for capturing the "modern Australian lifestyle." Unlike brands that stick to safe neutrals, Logan and Mason is unapologetically bold, known for its fashion-forward prints that draw inspiration from global culture, nature, and the runway.
The brand is divided into two distinct tiers: the core Logan and Mason range, which features bright, playful prints on easy-care fabrics, and the Platinum Collection, which offers a higher level of luxury with textured weaves, velvets, satins, and embellishments like tassels and sequins. Whether it is a tropical jungle print or a moody art-deco jacquard, Logan and Mason allows Australians to treat their bed as a canvas for artistic expression.
Logan and Mason’s mission is to inspire customers to "have fun with their bedroom decor." Their vision is to make interior styling accessible and easy, believing that a simple change of a quilt cover can completely transform the mood of a room. Innovation for the brand is centered on Textile Layering and Embellishment. particularly in their Platinum Collection.
They are market leaders in mixed-media bedding, frequently combining different fabric structures—such as pintucking, embroidery, and metallic threading—into a single design to create depth and tactile interest. They also innovate with Reversible Designs, ensuring that almost every quilt cover offers two distinct looks (usually a bold front and a subtle reverse) to give customers more value and styling options.
Sleep Solutions is NDIS Registered and Approved
The Classic Logan and Mason range focuses on printed designs, often on durable cotton/polyester blends or pure cotton percale. It is price-accessible and vibrant. The Platinum Collection is the premium tier. It focuses on texture rather than just print, utilizing higher-end fabrication techniques like jacquard weaving, quilting, velvet panels, and intricate embroidery to create a luxurious, hotel-style aesthetic.
It depends on the specific design. Many of their "Platinum" and high-end covers are made from Cotton or Cotton/Polyester Jacquards with a 100% cotton sateen backing for comfort. However, some of the more affordable everyday printed ranges use a Cotton/Polyester blend (often 50/50) to ensure the fabric is wrinkle-resistant, durable, and retains its bright colors wash after wash. Always check the packaging label.
Logan and Mason is famous for its 400TC Egyptian Cotton Sateen sheet range. These sheets are a staple of the brand, prized for their silky feel and subtle sheen. They are designed to offer a "hotel luxury" feel at a mid-market price point and feature deep walls (cuffing) on the fitted sheets to accommodate modern pillow-top mattresses.
Yes. All Logan and Mason quilt cover sets come with matching standard pillowcases (one for Single/King Single, two for Double/Queen/King). However, the brand is also famous for its extensive range of European Pillowcases and Decorator Cushions which are sold separately. These are designed to coordinate with the quilt covers to create the layered "magazine look" the brand is known for.
For Platinum Collection covers that feature tassels, sequins, or velvet panels, it is crucial to wash them inside out on a gentle, cold cycle. This protects the delicate embellishments from snagging on the washing machine drum. It is also recommended to use a laundry bag for covers with heavy detailing and to avoid tumble drying to prevent heat damage to synthetic trims.
