On time and a great product
Good quality, great price, sleep phones are comfortable and work very well. Highly reccomend this product and company
Helpful staff, quick delivery and products to help support people with tinnitus / decreased sound tolerance.
Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.
I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
Quick delivery and great communication. Sound machine works perfectly for my daughters room
Bought online, after 9 days of having no notice about shipping I emailed them and only then they sent the package. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been delivered.
Easy to order quick delivery and very happy with product.
Park Avenue is a staple Australian bedding brand synonymous with "everyday luxury." Owned by the Melbourne-based textile group Sheertex, Park Avenue was created to bridge the gap between high-end boutique linen and affordable, mass-market bedding. The brand is ubiquitous on Australia’s major online marketplaces (such as Catch, Myer Market, and Woolworths Everyday Market) and is best known for making high thread count sheets accessible to the average household.
While many brands charge a premium for "1000 Thread Count," Park Avenue democratized this level of luxury by utilizing intelligent fabric blends. They are the go-to brand for university students, first-home buyers, and busy families who want the crisp, heavy feel of hotel sheets without the price tag or the ironing maintenance.
Park Avenue’s mission is to provide "a touch of elegance for the ultimate experience in home comfort" at an accessible price point. Their vision is that a beautiful bed shouldn't cost a fortune. Innovation for the brand is centered on Fabric Engineering. Recognizing that pure cotton 1000TC sheets are often extremely heavy, expensive, and impossible to iron, Park Avenue popularized the Cotton-Rich Blend (typically 60% Cotton / 40% Polyester).
This specific ratio allows them to weave a dense, durable sheet that retains the breathability of cotton against the skin while utilizing the strength and wrinkle-resistance of polyester, creating a "best of both worlds" product for modern living.
Sleep Solutions is NDIS Registered and Approved
Generally, no. The signature Park Avenue 1000TC range is a Cotton Rich Blend (usually 55-60% Cotton and 40-45% Polyester). The "Upside-Down" weaving technique is often used, where the cotton threads are positioned on the face of the fabric (touching your skin) and the polyester threads are on the reverse. This gives you the softness of cotton with the durability and easy-care properties of polyester.
This is Park Avenue’s answer to the rising demand for natural fibers. These sheets typically feature a 50/50 Blend of Bamboo Viscose and Cotton with a 500 Thread Count. This combination balances the "slippery" feel of pure bamboo with the crispness of cotton, resulting in a sheet that is silky, cooling, and more durable than 100% bamboo, which can sometimes be fragile when wet.
You will often see Park Avenue "European Vintage Washed" quilt covers. This refers to a pre-washing treatment (similar to stonewashing denim) applied to the fabric during manufacturing. It relaxes the cotton fibers to create a super-soft, "lived-in" texture with a matte finish. These sets are designed to look slightly rumpled and casual, meaning they require little to no ironing.
It is critical to check the package. Park Avenue sells both "Sheet Sets" (Fitted + Flat + Pillowcases) and "Fitted Sheet Combos" (Fitted + Pillowcases only). The "Combo" packs are very popular for modern sleepers who use a doona and don't want the hassle of a top sheet (flat sheet). Always read the description carefully to ensure you are buying the configuration you need.
Park Avenue is well-regarded for its Egyptian Cotton Flannelette range. Unlike standard flannelette which can be thin (130gsm), Park Avenue often produces a heavier weight (175gsm) brushed cotton. This "napping" process lifts the fibers to trap body heat, making them significantly warmer than standard cotton sheets for Australian winters.
