Backorder means, we are waiting for stock to arrive but you can still place an order (usually the item will have an estimated arrival date). Your order will be automatically dispatched from the warehouse when it arrives.
Yes, all are inclusive of GST where GST is applicable. Note some products such as Waterproof Mattress Protectors are GST Free.
We do not operate a retail store as we are an online store and deliver Australia Wide. This allows us to maintain in stock a broader range of products to cater to our customers' needs in our warehouse than would be possible in a normal retail store.

We only ship to New Zealand at this time. We do not ship to other international countries.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Delivery will depend on the couriers delivery times.
You will receive an email with tracking details in the evening the day your order was dispatched.

For your safety and ours, we require signature upon delivery and we can't leave the parcel unattended if you're not home to receive it.
If the order is dipatched via Australia Post you will be able to collect your order from there at your convenience.
If your order was dispatched today, it may not be recognized yet since it takes Australia Post a couple of hours to update their system.
Please try your tracking number later tonight or tomorrow morning and it should be recognized by then.
Shipments to New Zealand usually take 7-10 days. The tracking number provided will not have tracking information until your order enters NZ.
Once items enter New Zealand, they can be tracked on New Zealand Post's website.
Sleep Solutions is a Registered Provider with the NDIS. You can order by Self-Managed, Plan Managed, NDIA Agency Managed or Quote Only.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.
I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Bought online, after 9 days of having no notice about shipping I emailed them and only then they sent the package. It's been two weeks and I still haven't been delivered.
