The Mack's Flightguard Airplane Pressure Relief Ear Plugs relieves ear pressure discomfort as the result of flying on airplanes. It has unique PR3TM Design with Ceramic Filter is laboratory tested and proven to relieve air pressure.

Directions For Use
Indications
Relieves ear pressure discomfort and reduces noise.
Directions
1. Before inserting, with mouth closed and nose pinched closed, blow gently to clear and equalize any ear pressure. For best results, insert earplugs BEFORE takeoff and remove AFTER landing and cabin door has been opened. Earplugs may be removed at maximum cruising altitude, but ALWAYS insert 1 hour BEFORE landing.
2. Reach over head and pull up and back on outer ear to straighten ear canal.
3. With opposite hand, grasp earplug stem and insert by pressing forward in a circular motion to form an airtight seal.
Caution
Remove earplug slowly with twisting motion to gradually break the seal. Due to the excellent seal characteristics, rapid removal may damage eardrum. Do not push earplug into ear so far that you are unable to easily grasp the stem with thumb and forefinger. Do not use for sleeping while lying flat. Use only as directed.
Warnings & Precautions
Keep away from infants and small children. This product is non-toxic, but may interfere with breathing if caught in windpipe, which could lead to serious injury or death. Improper fitting or disregard of the above recommendations will reduce effectiveness and could result in hearing loss or injury.

Love this Product
I bought Mack’s Airplane Pressure Relief Earplugs for my flight from Melbourne Australia to Phuket Thailand as I suffer from vestibular migraines and barometric pressure changes. These earplugs were really great. I took them out once we had reach our cruising altitude and put them back in just before we started our descent and I had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommended them.

I travel a lot for work and get pain all down the side of my neck from my ears when descending. These seem to have taken that pain away!

Purchased a IONMAX ION632 Desiccant Dehumidifier from Sleep Solutions a month ago. I’m very happy to report that the unit is performing well above our expectations. We live on the East Coast in Tasmania where the humidity is quite high even in winter . We had issues with puddles of water on the window ledges and we glass on the windows, but running the Dehumidifier overnight completely solved this ! Dries out the bathroom quickly including the towels. Another bonus it gently warms the room as it works . The unit has worked faultless . Sleep Solutions were easy to deal with online , unit arrived quickly and well packaged. Thanks , Alan .

Nifty little device that has helped me get off to sleep & block out other house & street noise. I love the thunderstorms sound. Quite compact & lightweight so I hope to take it travelling. Lots of different sound options which is great. Has rain sounds which I love but it they're more like a trickle sound rather than rain per se. Just an observation!
