The hourglass shape is surprisingly versatile thanks to its natural groove in the middle and two supportive end lobes — it can be flipped, rotated, and repositioned in ways a simple cylinder or wedge can't. Here are all the ways you can use it:

Between the Knees

The primary designed use. The narrow waist fits between the thighs while both lobes cushion the inner knees, keeping the spine in neutral alignment.

Ankle Separator

For side sleepers whose ankles still press together — the narrow waist sits between the ankle bones, eliminating chafing and bony pressure points.

Thigh Cushion

Slide higher between the upper thighs to lift the top leg fully away and open the hips — ideal for hip bursitis or post-replacement recovery.

Under the Knees

For back sleepers. Placed horizontally under both knees, each lobe supports a knee individually to take pressure off the lumbar spine.

The delivery of the product was within one week, the quickest I have ever had from the internet. The product was approved by the physiotherapist organisation which I found scientific. The pillow was just as described and has helped my condition. It was also cheaper than the ones that weren't as good I found at Clark Rubber. (Posted on )

Very disappointed with this knee pillow
Firstly I'd like to say Sleep Solutions are brilliant, super fast delivery and competitively priced. As for the knee pillow, what a huge disappointment. Not only does it not look like the one in the photo but it is so uncomfortable after an hour of trying every position I could I gave up and kicked it out of the bed. So my $40 knee pillow is completely worthless. (Posted on )
