Overall very happy.
I bought an Alastair’s memory foam pillow years ago and lost it during a house move. I was keen to try this one. I have not slept better in years! I wake with no neck and shoulder pain. Bravo! Will be ordering another one for my husband.

Very good, eased my neck problems on waking. Cover restricts shape a bit too much
Whlle the bamboo cover is no doubt better insulation from the memory foam, reduces heat more and allows more air circulation but it's a bit too rigid and restricts the shape a bit. I have a much more simple and thin cover from an Alastairs memory foam pillow that had put in over 10 years good service and had deteriorated. This cover allows the pillow to retain it's shape better..
