Variations abound.
Sometimes when my neck is very bad, I just use the outer down cover. For extra support when sitting up, all three pieces work.

This pillow doesn’t provide any support and it flattens out under your head, gives terrible neck pain in the morning.
The instructions to open it up and fluff it daily have been followed to no avail.
A total waste of money and creates problems.
I have it for only a couple of months and have it replaced already. (Posted on )

Not really as happy as we'd hoped to be!
Well, I was looking for - and believe I ordered, one medium size very comfortable feather pillow. Instead, we got one lightly filled feather pillow, but less than we'd expected, plus one very skimpy feather pillow , both in a padded, firm pillow container, which was far too stiff for my wife to use as the pillow she wanted.
Had we received one pillow with all the feathers that were in the two pillows that were in the outer covering, we would have been very pleased. I felt the price was high, but if we got the one good pillow we were looking for, I'd be happy. Unfortunately, we didn't! (Posted on )

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
