I am a side sleeper and on a cpap machine, since I have had this pillow my events are as low as .8 per hour which is excellent so happy with it.

Not low profile
I ordered two low profile pillows. They're medium if not high profile. Hurt my back and neck. Not satisfied at all. Plus the cover fabric looks different.

Best pillow I ever had!!! Better than one that cost me 94$ (made of merino wool)
These pillows are the best ones my partner and I have ever had! We are SUPER satisfied with it, and it exceeded our expectations! I will tell you why... When we opened the package, my partner and I got very worried it would be another pillow that completely sinks in a while after you put your head on it (not supporting your neck properly). We were afraid of regretting the purchase because these pillows are SUPER SOFT to touch, and we intentionally wanted something soft, but that would be also very supportive. After our first night sleeping on them, we were amazed by how comfy and supportive it can be! It does not sink in too much, and feels like you are sleeping on the clouds... Too good! We bought 2x merino wool pillows last year (super expensive) to try to have something firmer, and they are so uncomfortable... Finally we got it right!

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
