Blueair's most advanced filter technology, SmartFilters are designed to deliver superior performance with data-based filter lifetime tracking, a smart RFID chip, and longer filter life (maximum of 1 year). A particle filter layer removes airborne particles like pollen, dust, mold spores, pet dander, viruses and bacteria, and smoke particles, while activated carbon throughout the filter absorbs gases, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), chemicals, and odors.
