Blueair Sense Replacement Filter Set
The perfect blend of form and function, the Blueair Sense combined HEPA and carbon filter removes 99.97% of harmful pollutants from indoor air - quickly, quietly, and efficiently. Sense filters deliver both particle and carbon filtration, trapping dust and odors within the unit to give you pristine indoor air.
Model Compatibility: Suits Blueair Sense and Blueair Sense+ units
Features
Natural antibacterial properties
Blueair Sense replacement filters contain polypropylene fibers. These naturally waterproof fibers are antibacterial, preventing mold and bacteria growth within the unit - so your air purifier will never release harmful particles back into air circulation.
Environmentally friendly
The Sense filter media is designed to be less dense than other air purifier filters. This lower density allows the Sense to operate with lower air pressure and energy consumption, which benefits the environment.
Blueair Sense replacement filters are also 100% recyclable.
When should you change your filter?
The Blueair Sense includes an easy-to-read filter change warning indicator. When your unit needs a new filter, the top of the unit will display a red circle next to the speed control indicator.
Blueair recommends changing your Sense filter after 4,380 hours, or 6 months of continuous 24-hour use.
How many filters should you buy?
The Blueair Sense Replacement Set consists of:
- 2 x particle filters
- 2 x activated carbon sheets
When you replace the filters you replace them all at once as a complete set.
Why not order 2 replacements sets at one time. You will save on delivery cost and have a spare set on hand when you next need to replace your filters.
How to change your filter?
To change your Blueair Sense filter, use the built - in handle to lay the Sense unit gently on its side. The feet of the unit serve as handles for the filters. Grasp the feet on one side and pull firmly to remove, and then repeat on the opposite side.
For each filter frame, remove the box-style (particle) filter first. You will then be able to pop out the black carbon sheet. Insert a new filter, making sure the airflow arrows match the direction of the arrows on the feet of the unit.
How to reset your filter timer?
Once you've changed your Sense filter, you'll need to reset the filter change warning indicator. To do this, place and hold a finger on the red circle, and wait until it flashes three times. Be patient - the reset process may take a few seconds.
