We purchased replacement filters for our two ION Pro Air Purifiers. We couldn’t have been happier with the service from Sleep Solutions. Customer service was first rate and our filters were dispatched the same day. They were beautifully packed for travel so that they were not damaged and they arrived in super fast time. Definitely could not fault this service.
Hsopping is always easy but the delivery people are horrendous. Special when they are delivering to people with a disability...Had to go out to the post office for every single delivery and find away to bring the stuff home...I AM DEAF & vision impaired. So it seems that I'm never home for Sleep Solutions delivery people. All other deliveries I am weird....

Why choose the "8-Tone" alarm over the "Single Tone"?
The 8-Tone (Multi-Tone) model is designed to prevent Auditory Accommodation. This is a phenomenon where the brain gets used to a repetitive sound (like a fan or a single beep) and ignores it. By setting the alarm to "Random" or cycling through 8 distinct sounds, the alarm surprises the child’s brain each night, making it significantly harder to sleep through. This is often recommended for "deep sleepers."
What is the difference between the "Wearable" and "Wireless" alarms?
- Wearable (Ultimate): The alarm unit clips to the pyjama shoulder and connects to the sensor via a cord running under the shirt. It is generally considered the most effective because the sound and vibration are right near the ear and collarbone.
- Wireless: The sensor on the underwear transmits a signal to a separate alarm unit on the bedside table. This is ideal for children who refuse to wear a box on their pyjamas or for older children who want a more discreet solution.
How does the alarm actually cure bedwetting?
It works through Conditioning Therapy. When the child wets, the alarm sounds immediately. This wakes the child up while the bladder is releasing urine. Over weeks of repetition, the brain creates a link between the feeling of a full bladder and the action of waking up. Eventually, the child wakes up before the alarm goes off, or learns to sleep through the night while holding on.
How do I clean the sensor?
Proper cleaning is crucial. If urine residue builds up on the sensor, it can become conductive and cause the alarm to go off continuously or not at all. You should clean the sensor tip regularly with an old toothbrush and soapy water to scrub away invisible salts, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
What is the "Recordable" alarm?
The Malem Ultimate Recordable (MO5) allows parents to record their own voice or a specific message (e.g., "John, wake up and go to the toilet!"). Clinical studies suggest that some children wake up faster to the sound of a parent's voice than to a mechanical buzzer. This model is often recommended for children with special needs or anxiety.
