Geeat products , good quality and fair prices. And fast postage. Highly recommended
When I have rang and enquired about any product information I have always received prompt up to date details about items I have wanted to purchase. The staff at Sleep Solutions are professional, polite and nothing is too much trouble for them when ordering and the ongoing communciation with 'products in transit' is second to none. Highly recommend this company. Christine
On time and a great product
Good quality, great price, sleep phones are comfortable and work very well. Highly reccomend this product and company
Helpful staff, quick delivery and products to help support people with tinnitus / decreased sound tolerance.
Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.
I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
Quick delivery and great communication. Sound machine works perfectly for my daughters room
Sheridan is arguably Australia's most iconic and trusted premium home lifestyle brand. Founded in 1967 by Italian visionary Claudio Alcorso, Sheridan revolutionized the Australian homewares market by bringing vibrant, artistic prints into the bedroom.
Today, the brand is synonymous with exceptional quality, timeless design, and rigorous manufacturing standards. From their legendary 1000 Thread Count Hotel Luxury sheets to their highly sought-after Belgian flax linen and plush towels, Sheridan is considered the gold standard for Australian bedding. They are uniquely famous for their Sydney Design Studio, where every floral pattern and botanical print is still hand-painted or drawn by in-house artists before being translated into woven textiles, ensuring their collections feel like bespoke pieces of art.
Sheridan's mission is to "create beautiful, quality products that you will love for years." Their vision is deeply rooted in sustainability and longevity, deliberately rejecting the "fast homewares" trend in favor of heirloom-quality textiles designed to withstand the test of time. A core innovation of the brand is its Rigorous Quality Testing.
The Sheridan testing laboratory is famous for pushing fabrics well beyond standard industry limits. While standard bedding is tested for 3 washes, Sheridan tests its fabrics for up to 100 washes to guarantee against pilling, shrinkage, and color fading. Furthermore, their innovation in sustainability has led to the creation of their Recycling Program and a heavy shift toward GOTS-certified organic cotton and Tencel™ Lyocell blends, minimizing their environmental footprint.
Sleep Solutions is NDIS Registered and Approved
Sheridan's distinction lies in over 55 years of unwavering commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and Australian design. Every product is developed by an in-house team of artists, weavers, and designers at Sheridan's Sydney Design Studio, using carefully selected premium materials. Sheridan products are engineered to last — and to last beautifully — which is why they are frequently described as pieces that are passed down through generations. The brand also maintains a strong commitment to sustainability, with a growing range of GOTS-certified organic cotton and TENCEL™ Lyocell products.
Sheridan uses a broad and carefully curated range of premium materials, including GOTS-certified organic cotton, Egyptian cotton, Belgian flax linen, cotton sateen, cotton percale, TENCEL™ Lyocell fibres, and cotton chambray — with different collections offering different textures, weights, and feels to suit individual sleep preferences and seasons. The brand's signature ranges include the 1000TC Hotel Weight Luxury collection, the Millennia range, and the relaxed Abbotson linen collection.
Yes - Sheridan was founded in Sydney in 1967 by Italian-born entrepreneur Claudio Alcorso, and its design roots have always been Australian. All collections are designed by the Sheridan team in their Sydney Design Studio, drawing on Australian landscapes, art, and culture for inspiration. Sheridan is currently owned by Hanes Australasia, a subsidiary of Hanesbrands, and its products are designed in Australia and manufactured to exacting global quality standards.
Yes — while Sheridan is best known for its bed linen, the brand offers a comprehensive home lifestyle range that includes quilts, pillows, mattress toppers, bath towels, face washers, hand towels, beach towels, bathrobes, loungewear, and baby and kids' bedding and accessories. This makes Sheridan a one-stop destination for outfitting the entire bedroom and bathroom in genuinely premium quality.
Sheridan recommends washing bed linen in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle, and tumble drying on low heat or line drying to preserve the fibres and colour integrity. Avoid high heat settings and harsh bleaching agents. With proper care, Sheridan products are built to retain their softness, colour, and structural integrity wash after wash — which is central to the brand's philosophy of creating beautiful pieces designed to last a lifetime.
