The Sheridan Ultracool® Cotton Pillow Protector is made with a luxuriously soft 100% Supima® cotton percale cover, which is naturally cool, soft, breathable and inherently durable. It is unquilted with a 4cm gusset, satin piping, and zipper for easy removal. It is also machine washable for easy care.

This pillow protector will lengthen the life of your pillow and protect it from any stains, or daily wear and tear.

What is Supima?

Premium Supima Cotton

Supima cotton is a superior type of cotton. It represents less than 1% of cotton grown in the world. What makes Supima unique to other cottons is the extra-long staple fiber that gives the cotton its premium properties:

Not all cottons are equal. SUPIMA and regular cotton are in fact two different and distinct breeds of cotton. The most common type of cotton grown around the world typically has a fiber length of only about 1 inch; whereas SUPIMA cotton’s fiber averages around 1.4 inches.

Great Alternative

I brought this as a back up pillow protector for my Herrington king size pillow. Unfortunately Herrington have discontinued their original pillow protector. But Sheridan have a fantastic alternative, So happy I could find a king size pillow protector in a different brand. Well recommended. (Posted on 05/09/2020 )
