Summer weight dual temp quilt
Lovely quality but too hot! I got the summer weight, and even my husband, who feels the cold more, said he felt hot and sweaty…so disappointed as was looking forward to more comfortable, cool nights, I suffer from thermoregulatory issues due to spinal injury

Too sweaty
I usually feel the cold more than my partner so this seemed like the ideal solution, but we are both way too hot & sweating under this quilt.

The best doona available for partners
This Winter doona is amazing. I generally get too hot and my wife gets too cold. This is perfect - a warm side for her and a not so warm side for me. We have been using the Summer doona and just bought the Winter one as we LOVE it! I only wish that I had have known about this YEARS ago!
And another amazing thing about this doona is that it is quiet - it doesn't have that loud crinkle sound that some doonas have when you move it.
Sleep Solutions were very prompt with their despatch and their communication was great.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
