How is Organic Cotton different from Conventional Cotton?
Organic cotton and conventional cotton are two very different things grown from the same ancient subtropical shrub.
Cotton in its raw form is the delicate, downy cellulose layer encasing the tiny seeds of a cotton plant.
Conventional cotton crops on the other hand must rely on enormous amounts of external irrigation. Conventional cotton is grown using this method using a staggering 10,000 litres of water to produce just one kilogram of cotton.

Just what I was looking for
I love this mattress protector because of it’s extra length … not too much, but enough to make it so much easier to fit. I also love that it is organic cotton. I have so much difficulty changing my sheets now (old age!) but this is perfect for me.

Queen size, electric blanket- Dreamaker 100% Cotton Quilted Electric Blanket Recently purchased- speedy delivery This is a very comfortable electric blanket- deep stretchy skirting and a generously plumped cotton quilt cover. The electrical connection is placed at the top of the blanket, and is therefore on top of the pillow area - no more bumps on the side. Blanket controls are well designed and easy to use.
