My bub loves to sleep with his hands covered and struggled to soothe himself when I progressed him to a sleeveless sleeping bag where his hands were exposed. The Ergo Arm Warmers are great because now I don't need to change him into his pyjama's that have hand covers for his daytime sleeps. He just stays in his clothes and we pop the arm warmers over the sleeping bag and he's happy. They are also a great way to add a warmer layer for your bub part way through the night when the temperature drops and without having to disturn them too much! Only negative is that the press stud has pulled away from the fabric on mine so I'd suggest you be a little gentle when un-doing it. (Posted on 5/21/15 )

My twins hands and arms were getting cold in the mornings and I think it was waking them up. Their arms and hands are now toasty and there's less early morning waking.
