The replacement filter set for the Ionmax ION422 Breeze Plus air purifier includes:
- 1 x Pre-Filter: Extends the lifespan of the activated carbon & antiviral HEPA filters by removing large airborne particles such as dust, hair, and pet dander.
- 1 x Activated Carbon Filter: Neutralises odours caused by smoke and VOCs emitted from new furniture, household disinfectants, and paint.
- 1 x Antiviral HEPA H13 Filter: Captures particles as small as 0.3 microns with the proven ability to reduce viral infectivity by 99.97%. Tested by MRIGlobal research institute.
Cleaning the filter
The pre-filter and activated carbon filter attached to the HEPA filter should be cleaned every month or more frequently, depending on the environmental conditions
- The 3-in-1 combination filter consists of multiple layers that include a pre-filter, activated carbon filter, and antiviral HEPA filter.
- Use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush attachment to remove lint and dirt from the 3-in-1 filter.
- Only the removable pre-filter on the 3-in-1 filter is washable. Ensure the pre-filter is completely dry after washing before attaching it back to the combination filter and replacing it to the air purifier.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.
