Optional and compatible with the Ionmax Venta ION615 only. Replace your HEPA H13 filter every 6 to 12 months for optimal air quality performance, depending on usage and the level of airborne particles in your environment.

The Ionmax ION615 Venta HEPA H13 filter provides:

  • HEPA H13 Filtration: Captures 99.95% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including household dust, pollen, pet dander, mould spores, and fine allergens — keeping the air cleaner as the unit dehumidifies.
  • Allergen & Odour Reduction: Helps reduce common triggers for asthma and allergy sufferers by removing particulates and helping neutralise stale or musty air associated with damp conditions.
  • Dual-Purpose Performance: Works in tandem with the Venta's desiccant dehumidification system, so every litre of moisture removed is also passed through HEPA-grade filtration for cleaner, fresher results.

Installation and maintenance

Replacing the HEPA H13 filter is straightforward and requires no tools. Always switch off and unplug the unit before handling the filter.

  • Switch off and unplug the Ionmax Venta ION615 before removing or fitting the filter.
  • Open the filter compartment access panel and carefully remove the old HEPA H13 filter. Dispose of it and avoid shaking or tapping the used filter, as this can release trapped particles back into the air.
  • Insert the new ION615-F HEPA H13 filter firmly into the compartment, ensuring it sits flush and securely in place before closing the panel.
  • The HEPA H13 filter is not washable or reusable. Replace it every 6 to 12 months, or sooner if you notice reduced airflow, persistent odours, or if the unit is used in a dusty environment.
  • The unit's outer air inlet should be kept clear of dust and lint. Wipe the exterior grille with a dry cloth periodically to maintain unobstructed airflow into the filter.
