The Ionmax ION651 Rhine Pro HEPA H13 replacement filter provides:

  • HEPA H13 Filtration: Captures 99.95% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns, including fine dust, pollen, pet dander, mould spores, and microscopic allergens — delivered simultaneously alongside the Rhine Pro's powerful dehumidification.
  • 2-in-1 Performance Maintained: With a fresh HEPA filter in place, the Rhine Pro continues to function as both a standalone air purifier and a combined dehumidifier and air purifier simultaneously, giving you full control over your indoor environment.
  • Real-Time Replacement Alert: The Rhine Pro's built-in filter usage timer tracks operational hours and triggers a flashing Filter icon on the display after approximately 1,500 hours, taking the guesswork out of knowing when a replacement is due.

Please note: When operating in dehumidifier mode with the HEPA H13 filter installed, the unit's moisture removal rate is approximately 40L/day (compared to 50L/day without the filter). This is normal and results from the additional airflow resistance of the HEPA media. Never run the unit without the pre-filter in place, as dust build-up can cause malfunction and overheating.

Installation and maintenance

Replacing the Rhine Pro's HEPA H13 filter is straightforward and requires no tools. Always switch off and unplug the unit before handling any filter components, and allow the fan to come to a complete stop before opening the filter compartment.

  • Switch off the Rhine Pro and unplug from the power outlet. Wait for the fan to stop completely before proceeding.
  • Open the filter access panel and carefully remove the old HEPA H13 filter. Dispose of it responsibly — avoid shaking or tapping the used filter, as this can release trapped particles back into the air.
  • Remove all packaging from the new replacement filter and insert it firmly into the filter compartment, ensuring it seats securely and flush before closing the panel.
  • To reset the filter usage timer after replacement: with the unit running and the Filter icon flashing, press and hold the Timer button for 5 seconds. A beep will sound and the Filter icon will turn off, resetting the counter for the next 1,500-hour cycle. Always replace the filter before resetting the timer.
  • The HEPA H13 filter is not washable or reusable. Replace it every 6 to 12 months, or immediately when the filter indicator flashes. It is not recommended to operate the unit for extended periods without the HEPA filter installed.
  • The Rhine Pro's washable pre-filter (located separately) should be cleaned regularly to remove large particles such as dust and hair. Never run the unit without the pre-filter fitted.
