Reasonable
The pillow is great. I placed order over the phone. Would have appreciated the salesperson telling me it would be advisable to also purchase the pillow protector rather than I receive an email after the pillow delivery that pillow protectors were also available/recommended. Don't have time to spend placing additional orders/ even doing this survey, but I was annoyed I received the email after the pillow delivery. Would appreciate more information apropos the care of the pillow.
