For those listeners who find that slumber is not as easy as 1-2-3 comes this album of highly serene music from David & Steve Gordon titled PILLOW MUSIC. Each of the six extended-length tracks on this album is awash in sublime melodies that ebb and flow with comforting tranquility, comprised of piano, flute, dreamy synthesizer atmosphere and nature sounds. As an added bonus, the album's liner notes contain tips for falling asleep with ease. Not only is this a fantastic CD for those with insomnia, but for anyone looking to relax or relieve tension. It is perfect for calming the nerves and helping find much needed peace at the end of a long day.

This is a wonderfully beautiful CD designed to put you at ease, relax and lull you into sleep and it accomplishes its job remarkably well. My daughter wanted to review this CD, but made the mistake of laying down while listening to it, she kept falling asleep. Pillow Music is broken down into 6 tracks ranging from just under six minutes long to over 17 minutes long, however all of the tracks blend together into one incredible composition mixing instrumental with the sounds of songs from nature.

One Sleep Solution - no meds!
Great Product, has the desired effect just as advertised. Make sure can hear it though for it to work, too soft in the background - not as effective.

Purchased a IONMAX ION632 Desiccant Dehumidifier from Sleep Solutions a month ago. I’m very happy to report that the unit is performing well above our expectations. We live on the East Coast in Tasmania where the humidity is quite high even in winter . We had issues with puddles of water on the window ledges and we glass on the windows, but running the Dehumidifier overnight completely solved this ! Dries out the bathroom quickly including the towels. Another bonus it gently warms the room as it works . The unit has worked faultless . Sleep Solutions were easy to deal with online , unit arrived quickly and well packaged. Thanks , Alan .
