I love the features that help with waking up
A great way to kickstart good sleep hygiene. My favourite feature is the morning alarm, which has the sound of chirping birds and a light that gently increases brightness. Overall, I think this is a very helpful product, though I have noticed that the sleep monitor isn't always accurate (for example, it sometimes says I fell asleep earlier than I have; 11pm recorded vs 1am actual) and I would like to have more options for white noise. I would definitely recommend this product.
