I love the flat speakers. I have tried other headband products but found they irritated my ears as I have them on all night and they are not as flat as these ones. The sound quality is good. These are my favourite. Im a life customer now. (Posted on 9/11/23 )

Having comfortable speakers is a great way to relax, and blocking out the light really helps me get to sleep faster & have a deeper sleep. Normally last nearly a year as I have the cords coming out the front of the headband, so I’m not lying on them when I lie on my back, so equivalent of $5 a month is well worth it (Posted on 28/3/23 )

I reccomend SleepPhones to literally anyone who will listen! I recently noticed that one of the speakers in my sleepphones had stopped working. I checked my date of purchase, 11 months ago! These are the best quality and most comfortable headphones around. The only issue I have with them is that I am now on my 4th set. The cord frays within about a year and doesn't last as long as the actual speakers, making them impossible to use. I am careful with how I treat the cord but it still happens. Bought for my wife and unfortunately one earpiece stopped working. One email, no questions asked and new ones were sent out. Very good customer service.

My wife loves them and falls asleep while wearing, very comfortable.

They can be a little difficult to get the main unit in and out for charging. A small design change would fix that but overall it's a minor complaint. (Posted on 20/1/22 )

These headphones are extremely comfortable, but the cord wore out due to my tossing and turning. I got about eight months' use out of my first set before it wore out. I'd rate 5 stars if I could get a year's use out of a set. (Posted on 10/10/21 )

These headphones are fantastic for sleeping in and the headband can be worn as a fashion accessory through the day.
The only issue I have is the battery. I've purchased 2 pairs from the supplier and one pair from ebay. All due to the battery starting to cut out randomly after less than a years usage. The battery itself is expensive and so is the complete set. I won't buy again due to this and have now settled for a much cheaper equivalent for less than $50. (Posted on 8/10/21 )

These are very comfortable and work well. No problems with side sleeping. Bonus that I look like a professional tennis player every night. However be prepared to be buying replacement speaker inserts every few months as the wiring is very prone to breaking around the jack. I'm trying the bluetooth ones this time for that reason. I wish that they would improve this as it's very frustrating and wasteful. But there's nothing else like them on the market so I'll keep buying them.. a good business model I suppose... I end up purchasing replacement corded inserts about 3 times a year as the wiring is very prone twisting and cutting signal and the connection to the phone jack is flimsy at best.

These are the most comfortable units I have tried and the best on the market, however they are expensive for the build quality. It would be great to see more reinforcement into the cable and connections to make this worth the price and provide a modicum of longevity.

I love my sleep phones and I'm totally addicted. Unfortunately though the wires are not very strong. I'm pleased that I can now just purchase a new set of speakers, as I've replaced several SleepPhone bands over the past few years, which gets expensive. Great concept, couldn't be without them. I really heavily on these headphones to get to sleep and I buy replacements regularly. My last ones I purchased weren't great and when I noted this, sleep solutions were extremely responsive and sent me new ones. The last ones were obviously faulty, because the quality of the new ones are excellent, as I would expect. I'm very pleased with both the product and the lovely customer service I have received. They allow me to listen to the radio which I put on a sleep timer. Well-made sleep phones but I had a problem with the cord after a few months ... the cord had separated from its outer fabric covering where there was a kink in the cord. 10 years ago I purchased a set of sleep phones, best purchase ever, recently they died so I purchased the replacement speaker inserts. I love the sleepphones but they are very expensive if buying from Australia. I am on my 4th set of speakers and at $40 a set, it is getting prohibitive. I need new speakers at least every 3 months. Love my sleep phones but the cord does get damaged especially if you roll around a fair bit in your sleep. After going through two other sets of sleep phones, these are great. easy to install and clear instructions.
