How It Works
First, switch ON the Hero by briefly pressing the ON/OFF button. A start-up test will illuminate the indicator lights, vibrate the stimulator, play the start-up tone and perform a battery test.
Second, clip Hero onto the diaper so that the Movement Sensor is in direct contact with the baby's tummy.
The Movement Indicator Light flashes on each abdominal movement.
The Snuza Hero Mobile Baby Movement Monitor will gently vibrate to rouse your newborn after 15 seconds. If this does not work and breathing motion does not start after another 5 seconds, the Hero will alarm so that you can act quickly.
Lastly, the alarm can be deactivated by briefly pressing the MODE/OFF button and monitoring will continue. To switch off the monitor, press both the ON/OFF and MODE/OFF buttons simultaneously. A shutdown tone will be heard.
NOTE - Always use the correct size diaper (nappy). If it is too loose, Hero may lose contact. Firmly clip Hero onto the folded diaper waistband, using the full extent of the clip.

Cleaning and Storage
- Gently wipe with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. A mild soap may be used for stubborn dirt.
- Do not use any other cleaning agents as they may contain damaging chemicals.
- The monitor is splash resistant, not waterproof. Do not immerse in water. If it gets wet, dry it off immediately
- When changing the battery, dirt that is trapped between the battery replacement hatch and the case may be cleaned with a dry cotton bud once the Battery Cover (9) has been removed. Be sure that the rubber seal is free of dirt before replacing the Battery Cover, as this could compromise the seal.
- When not in use, keep your Hero in its protective case. Do not store in a damp area.

Easy Peasy - filter arrived on time.

I purchased the Wireless Bluetooth Headband. Frustrating from first use fiddling around with the control panel and the cabled buds inside the band. After just a few uses the control unit wouldn't charge as advertised (inside the band). Troubleshooting suggested removing from the band, did this but still would not charge. Contacted sleep solutions, sent them a short video of the charging error lights. Despite the product being less than 2 months old they sent me a pre-paid consignment note, to send the control panel & charging pad back to them - I was instructed to include a detailed explanation of the problem and of course my contact details. They would investigate and come back to me. I was also to ensure the product was packaged in a manner to prevent damage. What they should have done, given the age of the product is apologise and sent me a replacement. Unit is useless, I'll throw it out.

Excellent product, excellent customer service and very fast delivery. I will say, however, that I find the headhand too hot at the moment. This can't really be helped. But if you tend to run hot or get hot flushes, consider this.
We couldn't believe how fast the electric blankets got here from Sydney. Just 3 days by Australia post to Toowoomba. The products have all the features we wanted as well.
