Much bigger than expected
Unfortunately the pillow was much higher than I had expected even though it was supposed to be 'soft and low'. Had hoped once out of packaging it would be smaller but no. Then couldn't return it because I was honest and told customer service I had taken it out but not used it. Understand there being a hygiene policy. Just wish they could have been a bit more understanding and given me a discount on another product! Currently my 5yr old is sleeping on a pillow bigger than his head!!!

I have ordered my pillow on 5/09 , they didn’t send me any notification until I sent them email after 6 days , they said we will send it soon . Very unorganised.
