On underside of pillow open pillow cover & locate valve.
Pull on valve to extend out of pillow cover.
Fully open the two part valve. Consists of a black one way plug and a clear sealing plug.

Fully insert black one way plug and blow up pillow to desired firmness

Insert clear sealing plug into black one way valve.
Collapse valve and push back into pillow and close cover.

To deflate – extend valve from underneath of pillow.
Pull out one way plug.
